About
Engineering discipline with a market perspective.
I work at the intersection of trading, quantitative research, and software systems. My background in computer engineering and business gives me a practical way to evaluate both the technical architecture and the financial purpose behind a system.
My interest in trading began during university, where a competitive trading challenge pushed me to think about decision-making, risk, and strategy under live market conditions. I placed first in that competition, but the more important outcome was a long-term interest in how trading decisions can be formalised, tested, and translated into systems.
I combined Computer Engineering and Business Administration in a dual degree at the University of Granada. My combined final-degree project developed an algorithmic trading platform connecting market data, quantitative indicators, machine-learning models, portfolio logic, risk analysis, and automation-oriented workflows.
After university, I joined Management Solutions. In Frankfurt, I worked on quantitative credit-risk and regulatory projects involving IFRS 9 challenger modelling and IRB validation. In New York, I contributed to the development of a credit rating engine for Special Purpose Entities, combining Python, Snowflake, Posit Cloud, R Shiny, and data pipelines in an integrated analyst-facing platform.
Today, I focus on systematic trading research and trading-system engineering: backtesting, optimisation, execution, risk, live infrastructure, monitoring, multi-account operations, and the architecture required to turn isolated strategies into maintainable systems.
I have been trading and studying markets since 2019, across discretionary and systematic approaches.

Leadership and governance
Leadership before the job title.
During university, I represented students in faculty governance and decision-making bodies. The work involved evaluating proposals, presenting initiatives, mediating between stakeholders, and building consensus around practical improvements.

SpaceX stock: is the bubble about to burst? Analysts who spoke to Money.it see their predictions coming true
Described SpaceX as an integrated, space-enabled infrastructure platform; argued for a more reasonable valuation range of approximately USD 1.2–1.4 trillion; highlighted valuation-multiple compression and the risk of pricing in near-perfect execution; recommended waiting for stronger post-IPO financial disclosure before investing immediately.

Piazza Affari, investire ancora e come dopo i record? Gli esperti spiegano a Money.it dove trovare il vero valore
Argued that the Italian-equity rally could continue but that the easy rerating phase had probably passed; recommended selective rather than broad exposure to the FTSE MIB; emphasised earnings visibility, balance-sheet strength, capital-return discipline, and structural themes; concluded that stock selection mattered more than broad country exposure after the strong rally.

Azioni Leonardo, Avio, Fincantieri. Gli esperti spiegano a Money.it cosa può succedere al settore difesa
Treated Europe's defence build-up as structural rather than purely cyclical; focused on backlog conversion, margin expansion, scalable production capacity, working-capital discipline, and contract economics; differentiated the companies by exposure: Leonardo in large-cap aerospace and defence, Fincantieri in naval and underwater systems, and Avio in propulsion and space.
